I will be reviewing barbecue restaurants along with other random dining establishments from all over the country starting in my backyard of Des Moines, IA. Factoid of the day: Did you know there are more pigs in Iowa than people?! Iowa is the #1 pork producing state in the union. With all that pork here, there was bound to be great bbq to go along with it, right?!
